Our Programs

Transformation

Intensive mentorship and guidance for OneHeart guests as they work through challenges and navigate the steps necessary to rebuild their lives.

Life Safety & Residential Support

This team keeps the campus safe, and protects our guests 24/7, they also assist with the needs and challenges that arise daily with life.

Transportation

A 10-passenger van and dedicated driver to assist program participants in getting to work, to and from school, and keeping off-campus appointments.

Positive Rental History

Bridges the gap for OneHeart graduates with challenging histories - build a positive rental resume. This program provides a crucial step into the community.

HomeBrew

Our social enterprise coffee shop, is a great way to connect with the community - while helping OneHeart participants gain real job skills.

At OneHeart, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to overcome crisis and build a stable, self-sufficient future. Our mission is simple:

The OneHeart Transformation Campus was created to bring transitional housing, support services, education, employment resources, and community partnerships together in one place. By connecting these services, we help reduce barriers, strengthen collaboration, and provide individuals and families with the tools and the time they need to move forward.

Our purpose is not simply to meet immediate needs—it is to help people build lasting stability. Through compassionate support, personal responsibility, and meaningful partnerships, we work alongside our guests as they pursue housing, employment, education, financial independence, and a renewed sense of hope.
