No one organization can meet every need on its own. That’s why OneHeart works alongside healthcare providers, nonprofits, educational institutions, government agencies, and community organizations to connect guests with the services and resources they need to build lasting stability.
Through strong partnerships and regular collaboration, we coordinate care, strengthen referral pathways, and work toward shared outcomes that benefit individuals, families, and our community.

Built Through Collaboration
From the very beginning, OneHeart was shaped by community partners.
As the campus was developed, representatives from numerous organizations worked alongside OneHeart to help design key areas including campus planning, referral and intake processes, safety planning, childcare services, data coordination, and program development.
Additional guidance was provided by the Native Leadership Circle, helping ensure Native traditions and cultural perspectives were thoughtfully incorporated throughout the campus, and the Young Adult Advisory Council, whose members shared their lived experiences of homelessness, poverty, and foster care to help shape programs that better serve youth and young adults.
