Charity Doyle, CEO of OneHeart: A Place of Hope & Healing

Charity Doyle is the Chief Executive Officer of OneHeart: A Place of Hope & Healing, a South Dakota-based nonprofit dedicated to helping individuals and families break cycles of poverty and rebuild their lives.

A founding force behind the organization, Charity began with the project management and development of OneHeart, building it from the ground up into a transformative community model. Today, she serves as its CEO, stewarding a mission focused on empowering people to overcome crisis and achieve long-term self-sustainability.

Under her leadership, OneHeart has pioneered an innovative transformation campus model that integrates housing, employment pathways, and wraparound support services. This comprehensive approach is designed to foster lasting stability and independence, and has already helped numerous individuals and families transition into sustainable housing and meaning employment.

Charity is known for her bold, solutions-driven approach to addressing homelessness and generational poverty. She works closely with staff, community partners, local leaders, and service providers to build collaborative systems that create measurable, lasting impact – positioning OneHeart as a forward-thinking model for community transformation.

She holds a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and brings a diverse professional background that includes water resources engineering, international life and business coaching, and public service, including six years on the city council. In addition to her work with OneHeart, Charity is the founder of FOQUS, a startup employment platform designed to enhance workforce readiness and empower employers in the hiring process.

Her extensive community involvement includes tutoring detainees and the Western South Dakota Juvenile Services Center, serving as a past executive board member of the West River Area Health Education Center, Chair of the Greek Advisory Board at South Dakota Mines, Chapter Advisor and National Board Member for Beta Delta Mu, and participation on the Monument Health Community Advisory Board, The Monument Board of Directors, and the Advocacy and Leadership Advisory Committee for Native American with Disabilities.

Through visionary leadership and a deep commitment to human transformation, Charity continues to drive innovative solutions that create not just temporary relief – but lasting change.
